The Worry Workbook by Imogen Harrison teaches kids how to manage their worries with helpful info and practical advice that's easy for children to understand.

I was a worry wart growing up and sadly I never learned how to cope with my worries and overthinking until I was older and discovered books that taught me how to. That's why I'm grateful for books like The Worry Workbook by Imogen Harrison which teaches kids how to manage their worries. If you have a child who worries a lot, this is definitely one you'll want to get for them.

It contains helpful info and practical advice that's easy for children to understand e.g. how worries form, how to be emotionally aware, how they can let go of worries with mindfulness. It also comes with activities like a scribble diary, mindfulness exercises and even simple yoga instructions to engage readers and reinforce the ideas and advice in the book.

The book is recommended for those 7-11 years but personally, I feel the advice and activities in there are great for tweens, teens and even adults. My teenagers at home feel this book is really helpful and very aesthetically pleasing too 😉

Thank you @pickab00kasia for recommending this gem of a book to me - my girls and I would highly recommend this too 🙏 This book is available at Pick A Book Asia's Lazada and Shopee stores at https://s.shopee.sg/9fJvfMAvxv .
