What a day at Stories About Stories at Epigram Books!

With the first book of my middle grade series - My BFF Is an Alien - scheduled for release in March, I was at my publisher, Epigram Books, to present at Stories About Stories: Epigram Books First Look Showcase, an event held twice a year to showcase new titles to industry stakeholders. 

This is Epigram Books' Toa Payoh office, where the showcase took place.

It was also a wonderful opportunity to meet fellow authors. This is Pauline Loh, whose young adult novel Lion Boys and Fan Girls - sequel to Lion Boy and Drummer Girl - is now out in bookstores🦁 (I'm holding Epigram's Jan-Jun catalogue, not our books!😆).

And I got a photo with sweet Harper, who came with Fiona Foo, whose inspiring story - Button The Hokkien Therapy Dog - will be out in April!🐕

And here's my editor extraordinaire, Lynette Teo, who is also the author of "X and O are BFFs" - just realised both our books have 'BFF'! Wait, we even have the same surname! Gasp!

Pretty glad my presentation was in the first half of the event, so I can re-lak after the first half!
